There is always some kind of construction going on. You never know when you'll wake up in the morning to a generator draining the pond, chain saws cutting down trees, or jack hammers busting up the side walk. When you approach the staff about the noise at 7:30 am their reply is sarcastic and they act as if they are doing you a favor because they could start at 7 if they wanted to. If you're unfortunate enough to have been suckered into an apartment by a fountain there is never a quiet day. "Nestled amidst fountains, streams and ponds," is what they advertise. What you get is dirty water shooting into the air, like someone is holding a hose under the water. You get a "stream" with grime and gunk coating the bottom and floating trash. And you get an algae infested pond with swarms of mosquitoes. If West Nile Virus and rude awakenings is something you're interested in then you'll love it here.

There are a few items contained in this review are are factually incorrect. First, there are no "infested pond with swarms of mosquitoes" here. Additives added to the water keep it clear and clean. In fact, many of the ponds here support healthy populations of dragonflies, a predator of mosquitoes, as a "secondary defense." Secondly, the main ponds develop a growth that is typical to large, exterior ponds. These are not swimming pools, yet they do not have algae blooms floating or a stench. Again, maintenance here keeps them clean. Last, there is no construction going on here: carpets are cleaned, lawns are kept up, and amenities are serviced. That's it!
