As the other reviewer noted, they have been making some improvements to the complex, especially some of the sidewalk areas, which does necessitate a little noise. However, it is definitely not daily, and seems to have been mostly concluded at this point. The 'chainsaws' the other reviewer mentioned is, I am assuming, the groundskeepers, who come each week on Wednesday to trim trees, mow grass, etc. I leave each morning at about 8, and they are usually just unloading their trailer to begin as I drive out. I was told when I moved in that Wednesdays tended to be noisy because of this, but as I have a job, I'm not home all day to hear it, and it doesn't bother me. If you want your grass mowed and trees trimmed, you have to deal with lawn mowers and such every once in a while. I've lived here now for about 2 years, and the staff is always helpful, friendly and courteous. Maintenance issues are fixed right away, even after hours. Security is provided at night, and lighting is adequate. Yes, the fountains are noisy, but you would have known that when you moved in, and they are turned off at about 6 each evening. Most visitors to my place say they find the noise soothing. The little ponds & streams could use a cleaning as they are getting dirty (haven't always been), but my apartment is right over one of the 'ponds', and there are absolutely NO mosquitos. There aren't a lot of kids in the complex because of the unfenced water, so it's pretty quiet. The walls are fairly thick, almost never can I hear the neighbors. Overall, for the price range, it is a nice complex and I would recommend it.

The management is rude and unfriendly. Also the management frequently closes their doors in the middle of the day when business hours still post they are open. I think the manager has a boyfried that visits and she closes the doors for just her alone time with him because whenever his car is here; she has the doors locked. The manager also parks in the handicap parking and in the lines where it says no parking but then she gives other people notices for parking in the future resident parking areas. Also they do not spray enough for bugs because there are spiders and bugs running around everywhere. The lakes and ponds were really dirty and gross and recently just were fixed but getting dirty and smells bad again.
