I've lived at Park Lakewood for over 2 years and find the management to be courteous and friendly. Since I work daily they are not there when I am home but that is not their problem. I don't expect 24 hr service. The grounds are fairly well kept and I enjoy the Fountains and the ponds...if you didn't want the noise of the water running should have chosen different complex. While they could certainly spray for insects more (spiders) I have always had good response when I have had something that actually needed to be done. Good sized apts with too small kitchen.
