im a ------ who used to live here and the security guard who guards the property is a ------ as well. the manager olga is a freaken tweeker. shes so rude and ghetto looking,makes you want to punch her ih her fugly face. im not joking bout this

Wow man, as someone who has lived here for more than 3 years now, I can attest to the quality of the management and property at Park Lakewood. Your review is laughable: You don't specify what you are unhappy about, resorting to slander of the management and security. You say she was rude. How so? Again, you don't offer specific details, rather a broad accusation of the people who work here. From the tone of your review, I suspect that it is you who are difficult to work with and rude. Also, there is no logical order to your review, which leads me to question your intellectual coherence. Are you the tweaker? Threatening physical violence against people ("punch her in the face") is unacceptable and unproductive behavior. I write this because I have lived in various locations throughout my life, some managed better than others, and the manner in which this complex is run is both professional and courteous. If you are unhappy and wish to share that feeling with others via a review, at least do yourself and the reading audience justice and construct an intelligent and detail supported review so that others can make a better informed decision. Hiding behind anonymity seems cowardly at best.

I agree with TaylorSwatyCMT. This review is truly a poor excuse. Using ad hominem attacks and threats of physical violence is completely pathetic. Anyone reading this review would do well to note that many others here are quite happy and satisfied!

Interestingly enough, I am with the tenants that wrote the review above (the silly one) granted the review is somewhat laughable, it is still completely accurate and written with utmost honesty. Olga, does give off the appearance and idiosyncracies of someone who may abuse drugs. She is generally not doing what is expected of her as someone in a position of authority (manager) We feel that she abuses this power by cohorting around the grounds with her boyfriend(s), kissing, being completely inappropriate (I have seen this personally..) and the grounds certainly leave something to be desired. The security that is made available is far below par, cars have been vandalised and broken into in the middle of broad daylight during the week?! HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE?? Although, I am in agreeance that my roomies review is not exactly appropriate, it doesnt necessarily mean it is untrue. I apologize for that. The complex itself (above and beyond the personel) is slightly impovrished, the class of many of the tenants is, using my own words, "scary" and "not the kind of place you raise a child" I wouldnt even go outside after dark. There is gang violence (more so than usual, and we talking about Modesto, gang capital of the State!!) there is inept, trashy vehicles in the parking lots (which gives you an idea at to the type of people that live there) and the grounds are littered with filth and broken glass. I feel it would be be safe to take note of these things, rather than focus and verbally bash the staff, staff is replaceable. I would NOT recommend this apt complex..it truely is on the "lessor end" of the qualaity scale. Drive by and see it for yourself. And to the persons above, clearly you either own/work/ are friends with someone that works at said premises, if you actually were just a tenant like myself, I do not believe you would have such "high and might" words. Thank you for reading. ALSO BE AWARE they KEEP most of your deposit for NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR OF THE UNITS!! my place was left in fairly good condition, just in need of fresh paint and perhaps a steam cleaning of the carpets, we were charged HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS for something THEY MUST DO LEGALLY IN EVERY VACANT UNIT, how is that for a specific detail??
