I've lived in Shadowbrook apartments from Dec/2005 to present. Resident manager is the REAL wicked witch from the west.... Terrible customer service, ------- and moans about life in general and all residents are at fault. Girls in front office range from "OK" to "Bitchy" as well, depending on the day you need something from them. Exercise room is a joke, always broken equipment. Tennis courts ripped nets not worth even complaining... Stolen cars and police visits are NORMAL... If you are looking into Shadowbrook Apartments in Modesto, my advice is TO KEEP LOOKING...
