WHY AM I STILL HERE'

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2007
 
CUSTOMER SERVICE LEAVES MUCH TO BE DESIRED, HAVE LIVED IN THE COMMUNITY FOR MORE THAN THREE YEARS AND ANY TIME THAT THERE IS A MAINT ISSUE THE STAFF THEY SEND OUT DOESNT SPEAK ENGLISH AND I DONT SPEAK SPANISH SO COMMUNICATING THE PROBLEM IS A REAL PROBLEM AND I DONT KNOW IF THE STAFF IS CAPABLE OF FIXING MOST PROBLEMS BECAUSE THEY END UP COMMING BACK TIME AND TIME AGAIN FOR THE SAME PROB.
