I have lived here for almost 2 years, and will be leaving soon. It is a little pricey, but if I had the money, I would love to still live here. The location is just awesome. Right next to the freeway, mall, a few minute drive from Wal-mart/Target/grocery shopping. There is the occasional problem. This is Modesto, so there will be car theft and related crimes (we pay thousands for our car, why not spend an extra few hundred on a great alarm to keep it safe'') as a thief attempted to break into my car. I've only seen the police a few times in my time here. The lady at the front desk is very hot, nice and helpful. The manager is so-so, but I stay away from her. I've had a couple problems, which is understandable, but maintanence is always there to fix it not long after you report it. As for the property-- I rarely used the laundry rooms, but they were fine when I used them. The workout room is a huge joke. It would be pretty nice, if something in there was in working condition. There's a sauna, but I don't think it works either. The raquetball courts are awesome, the tennis court is pretty cool too, although it does have a nice crack running the length of it. The two pools are almost always crowded during hot days, fairly clean, though. There is a nice park with a basketball court right across the street with good games always going on there. As for the apartment, everything is pretty nice. I have the little 1 bedroom, and I like the layout. The single pane windows are horrible, though. As for the neighbors, I guess I just got lucky. Well I have some brand new neighbors and they suck, but I'm not worried cause I'm about to move. I had some problems with loud mariachi (sp') music at late hours, but noise complaints to the police seemed to have solved that. The garbage and gardening is loud, and happens a little too early for me. Overall, however, none of the bad things I listed above bother me that much and I love this place and am very sad to be moving. I definately recommend this place.
