It looks nice but it is NOT NICE. Starting with the people in the office. They must hate their jobs, because they are rude un-caring people. It seems they would have to go to school to learn their awful people skills. There are trip hazzards all over. There is not one parking place that you won't get water spots on your car from the wild sprinklers. It costs about $150.00 to have water spots removed from automotive paint. I think we could sue in small claims court. I am going to put a note on everyones front door to sue for water spots. My lease is up in July and I am out of here.

People who have bad things to say about others or places need to get a grip. These people have had a bad experiance or are usuly just frustrated in there life in general. I live here at Shadowbrook and I can't find a bad thing to say about this community, The office staff is great. I can't imagine how difficult there job must be.
