The Shadowbrook's management company hires on-site officers that don't know a thing about apartment management. They are rude and have bad attitudes toward tenants that they would make you feel not wanting to go in their office anymore. Unfortunately, tenants need to be there for as long as they live there to drop the rent off, pick-up packages, sign the lease, and more. I lived SB few years in the past and never liked to dealing with people who works there however I stayed few years just because of location that is close to the highway. The apartments are so old internally that things are falling a part. On-site management never cares for the laundry rooms even when they are broken. During few year of staying at SB, I was so angry with how SB management handled the situations that I thought of filing the lawsuit against them twice. I don't recommend Shadowbrook apartment even you think they are little cheaper than other places. Unless you don't care for how people treat you, otherwise it is not worth to live SB for few dollars less. I've been lived few other apartments prior to SB and they were more professional and nicer. I don't think no one deserve to get bad attitudes and treatment from those ignorant management people when you paying your rent or even with any other reasons. Read other reviewers that who were complained about SB because those are all true facts!!! Good luck!

I dont know why everyone has so many problems. My husband and I have lived here for 1.5 yrs and havent had a single problem. We love our apartment and when anything goes wrong someone is either there the same day to fix it or the next. Our water heater went out and they put a new one in...it didnt work and the office mgr went out oif her way to make sure the place they bought it from got a new one the same day so we could have hot water. People in the office have always been polite to us and my husband loves the walk path thru the middle of the complex. The sauna has always been working when we have gone to use it. We wouldnt want to live anywhere else.

I'm about to move away from Shadowbrook in a few months and I can tell you why I am moving.1)my car got broken into and the theif took my very old and outdated sony face plate out of my system. If that's not ghetto then I don't know. 2)My husband got his side markers peel off his car 6 months later 3)I have walls in my apartment that are fragile and when it rains there are stains on the ceilings 4)My downstair neighbor apartment feel like their bathroom ceiling gonna collapse because of water damage inside of my walls that I can't see. In addition to this when it was consider a hazard for my neighbor they wanted to check my apartment for leakage and rudely call me with threats of breaking into my apartment when I was busy at school. I'm glad that your experience been great and I'm just providing another statement of fact to why some people are not happy living in shadowbrook apartment complex.
