I moved in to Summerview Apartments in August 2007. The manager was so sweet and attentive. She always took care of things fast and all the other residents that I spoke to enjoyed her too. She had been at this complex for quite some time and she knew all the resident by first name. Everytime I went in to the office I was greeted by her warm smile. Then all of a sudden in November she was gone. The new manager is extremely rude, she has no personality and does not make me feel welcome when I go in to the office. She makes me feel so uncomfortable. I will for sure be moving out at the end of my lease. The company should never change the managers because it just makes people unhappy and unsure. I have been calling around and trying to find the manager that was here before so I can move where she is working. All I can say is: Don't move in here unless you know you will never go in to the office, the manager is horrible!
