I've lived in this community for 4 1/2 years and have been through three Leasing Managers and I must say that the current LM is the best yet! The current LM is professional over the telephone and in person and responds to requests very quickly with a same day response a majority of the time. Other residents I see have said that the LM is rude but in my opinion the LM is direct and to the point which some may deem as rude, but others (like myself) deem it as to the point. Everyone filters information differently, but if you are looking for a clean, safe and relatively quiet (there two main streets with steady traffic) place to live with professional staff, please consider Summerview. Like I said, my family and I have lived here for over 4 years and the current management is on top of things and very professional and responsive.
