The apartment is in a wonderful location in a nice part of modesto, and the washer/dryer in the unit is nice. Those are the only positive things I can say about this place.

The apartments are small, and the kitchens are very outdated. They are very expensive (considering the square footage), and even after you finish your year long lease (and never late on the rent) they up the rent an additional 125 a month if you dont agree to another year long contract. So for a 1 bedroom 640 sq ft. apt. I'm paying about 1000 a month (they also make you pay for your own water, gas, sewer, and garbage!)

And the parking lot is rediculous!!! Very very tiny and hard to park in. I feel bad for the people in here with trucks and suvs. I only drive a small sedan and yet I barely fit between the lines.

The gym is small with out dated equipment. And the pool is very small.

The Staff here is a little rude too. they are nice when you are just a visitor, but once you are locked into a contract they are pretty rude.
