this complex is the pits, management should be fired...they have no idea what they are doing, and hide behind there UN"professional" behavior... upper management doesn't do anything. tried to stick my friend with a HUGE bill, when there maintenance does a half a** job at EVERTHING... so disgusted with this complex

PPPPPPLLLLLEEEEAAAASSSSEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the difference between the "carpet vendor" and me.... hum, ETHICS....
here's a kick up your behind... I have 2 statements from an appliance vendor (of 20 years in modesto area) AND a GENERAL CONTRACTOR that stated it was NOT the machine, but a leak from a pipe connected to my TOILET...
Anyone interested in viewing the documentation is welcome too...ALSO, the MANAGER OF MAINTANENCE for the aspen square management (the owners of the complex) EXCUSED the bills when he came into my unit MONTHS later and seen with his own eyes the LEAK... by the way i also have dated pictures...
so tell me "carpet vendor" how do you explain the SUDDEN change??? hum, come on, you have all the excuses...
the differenct between you and me??? ETHICS!!!! I am SO HAPPY BBB got to you, you deserve it!!!
you are the weakest link.... GOOD BYE!!!!

I am the carpet vendor who was called out to the unit from the person who wrote this negative response. This tenant did not hook up her washing mach. correctly and she flooded a good portion of the apt. thinking quickly she tried telling me the toilet overflowed but the bathroom floor was bone dry. Now the tenant is uphappy about having to pay for the damage so all she can do is post a negative response and threaten with BBB action. Please!!!!!!

Summerview Apartment Homes prides themselves in putting their residents needs first. When reading this review please take into consideration that this is one side of the actual events. Without going into particulars, I would like to address a few things that were stated. This resident was taken care of immediately. Regardless of who was at fault for the damages, we acted without having to be "bugged" as stated by the resident, just as we quickly respond to all resident needs.
As for the manager having blinders on, I have the advantage of having all facts that are presented from both sides to me to aid me in making my decisions. I am also very fortunate in having the support of a very knowledgeable and professional upper management team who are able to make at times difficult decisions without putting emotions into it. At no time was this resident ever threatened in any way by "upper management". I sincerely appreciate your time in reading this - Elizabeth-Property Manager.
