Don't even bother. The management is rude and they don't fix repairs EVER. The parking lot is crappy and so are the employees. The manager should be FIRED!!!

You were just lucky. I was there for two years and witnessed several changes in maintenance and all my experiences with them were horrible. Just beware. Your luck may change when you really need it.

I love living here. Not only is the management team professional, but they do everything in their power to work with you to make sure things are even better than they already are. The maintenance staff is awesome and has always fixed whatever random problem we've had. Whomever wrote this must have been one of those noisy -------s who got kicked out for being annoying to all of their neighbers.

Actually we moved out at the end of our lease and we were never noisy. You obviously do have a problem living there or you would not be complaining about the noise. The problem is with the management who let those type of people you are complaining about move in because they got desparate for tenants because all of the decent smart people moved out when they could. My guess is that you are part of summerview management and you are trying to make your lousy complex not seem so bad.
