We have been at The Marina for a few years now, and are finally happy with our decision to move in. The previous manager, Monica, was horrible. She was friendly and buddy-buddy with you while touring the complex and whenever you did what she wanted you to do. The second you made a complaint about something wrong within the apartment, she called people "complainers" and turned into an uber -----. Unless you were her friend, of course. Then you could do whatever you wanted and she wouldn't so much as blink. She followed whatever rules she wanted and nothing else mattered.
The new manager, Margie, and the office assistant, Sadie, are fantastic. They are incredibly helpful, professional, understanding, and willing to help out when possible. Bernie, the maintnance lady, is also wonderful and very friendly. They have recently updated their apartments and they are wonderful, as are the majority of the residence within the complex. The gym is small but useful, the pool very well maintained and large enough for many people. The grounds are beautiful. The only negative comment would be the rent is slightly high.
All-in-all, The Marina is a wonderful home and I truly hope you will consider moving here and becoming part of a true community.

I agree I love it here, but rents are alittle to high! Office staff is really good, I love the free cookies!! I love my apartment and my neighbors!! It's a great place if you want to feel safe!

Yes, Monica was a complete you know what, and a crook, she stole $800 from me and my fiance, It's too bad the company moved them to the Villagio apartments they just built.
