Not as bad as everyone says

As the logo indicates, there is new management in the apartments, so ignore all posts prior to about January of this year. The Lexington townhomes were a very nice place to live. As a college student, it was close to campus, across from the Montclair plaza, and in the general vicinity of activity. The place you get has a free washer and dryer and a refridgerator, which has never come standard to any place I have lived at prior to here. The actual townhome is pretty nice, but keep in mind this is coming from a college student who lived with three other roommates. A lot of the neighbors are middle income families.
Besides all of what I said, and it being in a nice location, there are some downsides. First of all, they installed this ridiculous entrance gate, that has some phone texting technology to buzz you in that could have easily been been simplified with a universal passcode. Second, there is ZERO parking available unless you only have two cars, which is the space alloted for the garages. Lastly, the neighborhood turns into a scene of something familiar to the movie "I am Legend" when the management closes the office at night, but instead of mutated human creatures, the neighborhood becomes swarmed with kids that run around amok, and dogs that wander and follow you growling. It gets crazy but they are harmless....just annoying as hell.
