Service Great Location and Tenants a Headache!

I've lived at Casa Grande for 3 years now- I have NOT met one neighbor- which is great for privacy. Unfortunately - there are some psychotic ones -- a lot of false accusations on parking/auto damage, theft, etc. Some of the tenants are truly noisy, messy and have many guests. Pool is dirty and the grounds though they are clean - they almost look like a Juvenile Detention Center - very generic. Management is helpful - but the tenants scared us away. We're moving now!
