So-so overall - Decent apartments, however for the amount of rent you pay you don t get the services that should come with it. Asked for a copy of the lease 3 times, each time they claimed their printer wasnt working and when I did finally get a copy, the first couple pages were missing. Not very professional. OK Definetly!! - We've been here since 2 years and have not found any major issues to deny.. manager is nice and co-operative.. though it is not very big group of apartments, its decent, with all the amenities like bank, grocery, doctor pharmacy within walking distance its definitely a big yes. Well cared for Apartments I love my apartment! Everything is updated from the carpet, to paint colors which gives it a chic modern look. The grounds are well cared for, with plants and colorful flowers. I have not had any issues with the staff, they are great! Now here is the downside.

Nice place I'm staying here for the past 3 months, nice locality. I dont have any issues. Ofcourse there are some discrepencies like no parking for visitors, and strict management. Strict Mgmt is not a problem if you are not making any issues.

Get your person right The manager is the person that has the blond hair at Tierra Del Sol. The two assistant have either brown or black hair. I have lived here over two years and I am happy here. I would say come and see for your self. I am sure you will disagree with the coments. All the Ladies

The true fact is exact opposite of what the manager(Celina)/worker(Jessica) say.
only thing is acceptable is the paint color , which is ok otherwise it is the 1 of the best place to shell out your money for crappy place.
