Reason 1: They will nickel and dime you for everything when you leave.
Reason 2: No parking.
Reason 3: The day you move in you, get treated like an in-mate rather than a tenant. The manager is the worst...
Reason 4: They rip off the guy that lived there before you to clean the place, and all they do is put white out on everything. If anything chips or cracks, IT'S NOT YOUR FAULT!
Reason 5: The rent is extremely high for what you are getting.
