This place looks great and has adquate parking...but they charge you extra for the "renevated apartment". It's complete BS. The 'new' carpeting comes out in a matter of weeks, the pain peels within the first week, my electric bill was always high because of non energy efficient appliances and the bathroom mega heat lamp, and the walls are paper thin. I mean PAPER thin. Its nice to know the neighbors have such a good relationship. On top of everything, my vehicle was vandalized by the numerous students who walk through the complex daily to and from MPC. Its nice, but not nice enough to pay almost $1400 for a 2 bedroom, especially when everything falls apart.

This sounds like the apartment complex from HELL. Tell me they have done something about the vandalism and the ------ appliances! Give us an update, will ya, please.
