I havent lived in this Archstone, but there is another one right across the street. (For which there wasnt a place to comment) I didnt live there either, but I wanted to tell all younger couples out there to get ready to be treated like crap upon arriving for a tour. My fiance and I were out looking for apartments and we saw the archstone in Moorpark. It was beautiful!! However, the second we walked in the leasing office, we got high noses and were snubbed left and right. When we told the lady there we had an appointment, she was rude, walked away and then came back only to tell us we were "mistaken" but that she would give us some literature on the apartments. My fiance told her we had already seen all the literature we needed and we wanted to take a look at the place. She then told us it was closed. When we walked out, she yelled "get back here, I want to give you literature" like we were 10 years old. The day we went we had just come from work, so we were dressed very upscale and presentable and it was a horror to be treated like crap just because we are younger than most looking for an apartment. My advice is, dont talk to the persian lady, or try another apartment. If that reflected the treatment you get once you are in, I wouldnt want to live there anyway.

There is no excuse for bad manners on the part of any management personnel, the employee should have been chastised and given a written review and warning placed in their file, regarding future employment.
