I lived in Le Club for a few years...boy am I glad to ge gone now! These apartments were once thought of as the nicest around...boy did continuously changing management ruin that! Repairs take months to get fixed, if they even claim to have heard about it! The grounds are not well kept...many mexican families sit outside drink beer and tear out the plants! Trash stays on the ground for days and tenets are not held responsible for their front porches. multiple families reside in one apartment and management thinks raising the rent over $200 in one year is going to make them move out''' It only encourages them to move in together! The management here stinks and the apartments are not worth even looking at unless you want to live in a dump!

YES, BACK IN 2003 THAT'S THE WAY IT WAS... I SAID, "was". SINCE THE NEWEST MANAGEMENT NEARLY 2 YEARS AGO TOOK OVER, THINGS HAVE TAKEN AWHILE, BUT THEY ARE REALLY CHANGING FOR THE BETTER. You must remember, the management doesn't have a crystal ball, if you want them to know somthing, that is going on "TELL THEM"! and if you have too 'FOLLOW UP"! Put it in writing! THIS PLACE IS 99% CLEANER THAN IT WAS 2 YEARS AGO. It's so easy to be critical, but remember when these complaints were lodged and what year is it now, I AM SURE THINGS HAVE BEEN TAKEN CARE OF! I have to admit some porches, do need a good house cleaning, but some are small gardens, which brighten the landscape, there is a difference! Check it out for yourself, come and visit!
