Ok first of all have you ever heard of paying rent for your animals' i pay 50$ extra a month for my pets on top of a deposit when i moved in. Secondly no one in the office is nice and if something happens with your rent they dont notify you and instead send you threatening letters the night before at 8p.m. giving you less then 24 hours to fix the problem. You have to pay extra for your garage but if you dont want one you only get one parking pass. Forget trying to park at night and watch out for the people who take up more then one space. Also beware of people standing outside to yell at you if there sons car is taking up two spaces. KIDS everywhere with no supervision at all. BE careful not to run them over because they do not move out of your way. People have tagged on our garage like 9 times. oh and if your neighbor takes up there side of the garage with junk they dont help. I hate this place and will be moving very soon. oh and by the way the stackable washer and dryers suck- you can only wash or dry one at a time not together. Not to mention that it doesnt even clean your clothes. Oh and the dishwasher forget about it cleaning anything, your better off doing it by hand and using that to dry them. I am sure there are many things that I am leaving out but im sure you get the point. this place sucks, is a waist of money, and is not homey at all. If you want to feel safe, happy and calm this is not the place for you.

It just seems that this person had had it with the very old old management, who probably didn't take care of things, but I'm here to tell you...THINGS HAVE CHANGED FOR THE BETTER!! Newer appliances, upgrades as apartments, empty this will go on for at least 5 years, as to cover all the units. And I am here to state that NO PLACE IS TOTALLY SAFE OR SECURE, AS LONG AS THEIR IS A BAD ELEMENT, HOWEVER, THIS PLACE HAS IMPROVED ...90% AND I HEAR THIS FROM MANY OF MY FRIENDS AROUND THE UNITS.
