people live here.....its like public housing at its worst....

I think that in any area you will find what this person said is "low life, rude people", I guess if you go out with a bad attitude it will just come back to you, if you look for the good I believe you'll find it, just as with the bad! I've walked this place off and on for nearly 4 years, and have met many nice people and of course some who want to keep to themselves, but remember that's their right! So you go on looking for the good ones! they are there honest! YOUR ATTITUDE toward others, will many times, make or break the response you get from them! Try smiling, it's a great ice-breaker!
