NOISE is HIGH
No place to park.
Kids/Gangs are stealing lug nuts from my car wheels and lots of flattened tires.
Quality is very LOW.
Share a garage with a neighbor and there is no garage door opener.
All the gangs in Moorpark live here.

Yeah, they painted. Even painted over my peep hole in the door, nice job!
Security has not come around since the new management took over... I wonder if they paid them'' or are they going to send us a bill'
They don't fix the sprinklers and the grass is getting brown.
The water is going in the street but they don't care because the renters pay the water... yes! an average water bill for me is $70 for 2 people- not because I use this water. You see you share the bill with the neighbors and the community. So if your neighbor has 20 people taking a bath, you pay.

Yes, it's true many tennants in order to pay their rent, have more people in their apartment, I've personally reported it myself, I don't think it's fair that I a single renter should pay for someone else's water, I hope they (the management can straighten this out, but they need the help of law abiding tennants who are not abusing the system!! Then this will begin to work effectively, I have never been a squealer, but we are talking MONEY now! I know from experience, that every so often, un- expectly they have drug dogs with police searching at all hours, looking for druggies and those who sell, etc. The management is cracking down on it as hard as they can the management... NEEDS OUR HELP ..if you see something don't ignore it ...REPORT IT WITH DETAIL, license plate numbers, or names of people and times you saw the occurance. Be pro interactive this is our community LET'S CLEAN IT UP! Aparthy won't get us anywhere...if you like your home, watch and listen and report to the management... you'll be surprised at what really happens!!! |
