Looks can be deceiving.

The apartments looked extremely well kept, but there was mold in the vents of many of the apartments that was making everybody sick and the problem was not dealt with.
Furthermore, anybody was able to live there, which means there were often problems among tenents and crime.
But the issue that most bugged me about the place is that the management would barge into your home unannounced for general maintenance- often. They were supposed to let you know when they were going to come, but most of the time they would knock once WHILE opening the door. God forbid if you were doing something private like watching tv, have a special someone over, stuffing your face, getting dressed or just living in general...
With all that said, there were some pluses, the apartment looked very bright, large and welcoming. The management, although a pain in the tush, was extremely friendly. There was good parking. And they may have fixed the mold problem by now. There was no insect problems at all. I also heard they put in privacy bolts on the doors.
