WATERSTONE IS HORRIBLE/HIDDEN COST/HDDEN CHARGES

Always hidden charges. Please read contrac paper well before you sign anything. I moved out this place while ago.

We lived this place for exactly little less than 9 months. When we moved out, we hired people and cleaned well to avoid extra cleaning charges. Well month later, they billed me apartment cleaning $110, Carpet Cleaning$75, Pro-Rated Apartment Painting $105.60 and Lease Termination fee; lived less than contract fee: $1185.33. (understandble). They also charged for the first month free that they offered us at the first time. which was $1270. The total bill was almost $3000. That's why you need to read carefully before you sign anything. Because of rude staffs and hidden charged, not many people live here for long time.
