Very inattentive

I've got a few problems with "Le Club" (which now goes by the name of "Fountains at Moorpark.") The first problem we experienced was with the garage door. When we first moved in, the Garage Door Opener did not work half the time. It even fell off the hinges... TWICE!
The second problem I had with them is that they were very inattentive to our problems. Any time something went wrong, you couldn't just call them up and tell them, you had to go down to the office and fill out a work order. Then they didn't even show up when they said they would. One day, I came home from work and all the furniture was out in the middle of the rooms and the window sills were all torn up. I found out that they were cleaning the mold out and that they would be back the next day to finish the job. That was in July. This is November and they have not set foot in my apartment since then. Despite numerous phone calls and letters to the office. The office was never open when I was home. They said they closed at 6pm but when I'd show up at 5:30, they'd already be gone or would just be locking up and shoo me away.
The manager, David, however was always willing to listen and help when he could. He was the one bright spot in the whole ordeal. When I could catch him, that was.
Third, the heater doesn't do anything but cause water heater to make funny noises.
The neighbors are exceedingly noisy and always park in the fire lanes.
I'm sorry I moved in and I am SO glad my lease is up.
