I lived there 5 years and the current management of RReef management are thieves. If you decide to move in here please get a reciept every month when you pay your rent otherwise the management will steal your rent money and claim they never received it.
All the side walk lamps within the 50 bldg do not work. The tennis courts are not kept up at all, and drugs are rampant. Be smart go somewhere else.

Hm... I just moved into Fountains of Moorpark. I wish this post was around before I moved here. I've been without heat for over a month and have not had the use of the washer/dryer or microwave which is part of the rent agreement for two weeks and still waiting for all three. They are lagging and blame the slow effort on the "holidays" but no heat for over a month? That's inexcusable.
