I've lived here for a month, been without heat the entire time and still waiting... I'm getting the runaround from management and maintenance crew. Still waiting for microwave and washer/dryer for over two weeks. They waste my time by saying they will come by but do not. I constantly have to follow up with status. A lot of things aren't working correctly. Toilet, shower, fuse blows constantly. What is going on with this place' Very dissappointing experience so far. Pay a little extra and save yourself a lot of grief.

These apartments are about 24 years, old so there will always be maintence on property of that age, but all in all I don't think it's that, bad. I was told some of the parts that are needed they have to look for and and only can get once and awhile, when they find them...just as if some part became obselete on your older auto, you would have to go looking for a replacement part. |
