The Fountains at Moorpark, no longer under bad management!!! They are gone forever!!
We have very professional management who are
easily reached, listen well and get things
done in a timely fashion.
Recently better looking grounds, nicer land-
scape and much cleaner, and better things are coming, I am told.
The manager, said "it takes time", it does for anything, so come & see what I am speaking of.
This staff keeps everything cleaner and better than the last 3 staffs combined.
No apartment unit is completely perfect, any
where, but this comes close to being a real
nice community. People seem to be very fri-
endly and communicate well with each other
seem to note that we are all neighbors and
thus, things seem to be much quieter over-
all.
Many of the feral cats are now gone due to
the management and they keep the security
going many hours during the night and some
hours during the day.
As with any place you will always have a few
dissenters, and they will never say why! But know this I came from another city and
liked the place real well and have lived here nearly 4 years, thru all the bad management and finally the new owners brought in a truly professional and friendly and communicative staff. Now things are getting done.
This place looks 90% better than it did 2 years ago. So come & check it out for yourselves, I don't believe you'll be diss-
appointed.

This place is a crock of ----. No offense, but nothing is ok about this place. The management is so hard to reach. You constantly get voice mail...and things get stolen often. You can't trust these people to do right by you. And heaven forbid you break your lease....DON'T RENT FROM HERE !!! VERY BAD PLACE TO LIVE !
