We have been taking our child to the pool next to the office for a few weeks now And suddenly He gets ill with a Bacteria infection in the stomach. This was caused by the pool water being contaminated and was confirmed when our doctor had the pool water tested. your pool man is NOT doing the proper job of keeping up with a high traffic usage pool. this could result in more people getting sick and they might not even know why'

Also the new security company is not even patroling the pool looking for violators, Shure they walk by but they do not say anything to the violators. I.E. people wearing regular clothes in to the pool. I read the letter you sent a few months ago but what good dose it do when there is no follow through.I have tried to talk to the residents my self but all I get is "NO English"! As for the spa water, Well lets say my dirty dish sponge smells better than that spa! the last thing is the speeding in the complex I know we have bad residents who do not care but why should they when your own represenatave, (Karen) still drives way to fast coming and going I wached her almost hit another truck leaving once. It dosn't help that both drivers were not paying attention.Dont get me wrong I love lifing here but Please do something about these problems thanks

Our pool on the north end has the same problems. My neighbor's kids caught eye infections from the pool. They need to service the pool BEFORE every weekend and AFTER.
