Purchased last summer (') by RReef Properties. Maybe their focus is more on remodeling units vs. satisfying new tenants under a lease contract' They're slowly creating a decent living community. Management tends to overpromise and not follow through.But I guess that seems to be the norm these days. It's a huge complex. The pools become weekend baths, and unswimmable on Mondays. If you need a tight ship, with access to owners, I suggest a smaller apt. complex. I also see/hear police about once a week on the grounds -- probable not abnormal considering the size of this place. Tennis court is frequently vandalized, unplayable (net gets torn down to play soccer).
Biggest selling points are the shared garage space; walking distant to stores; and seemingly thick walls between units. And management is very friendly, listens etc, but slow to react (maybe RReef ownership fault')

Oh, and beware of the ISTA water/trash scam which the complex mgmt glosses over when you sign the contract. Each unit is NOT individually monitored. The outrageous fees ISTA charges is based on a collective sum of water/trash use. ie: a single resident pays as much as a family of 6! Add $50 to 60 bucks a month on top of your rent.

Bottom line is that it's an overpriced, average apartment complex that tries to suggest it's a well-managed professional's apartment building but has some growing pains (hint: actions speak louder than words).
