Community is very noisy

The community if very noisy and people are always speeding and playing their car stereos way too loud. You can hear everytime your upstairs neighbor walks or does anything. The constant noise gets annoying. Also kids rule the neighborhood. One time SIX kids WALKED into my apartment!! Management does not respond to any complaints. Drugs are openly sold on property and management claims they can do nothing about it because I don't know the people's names. Pools are disgusting. Tennis courts are unplayable. Management is always making promises and not following through. My garage door would not close for a week and a half becuase management would not get it fixed. Beware.
