You would think that they would not trade out parts between pools and Jacuzzi's to keep one or the other open...(which means either the pool, or the Jacuzzi is not safe to be in)...

It is not the fault of tennants that the management refuses to do maintenance on the A/C units so that every year when summer rolls around they have to 1. work their maintenance extra hours, but 2. pay for extra repairs if they would have had to if they had allowed proper maintenance.

Also, it is only a matter of time before some sad individual perches their toes upon the sad rusty light ring of any light in any pool in the complex and in their struggle of loosing said perch gets a series of free "X-Rays"(electrocution) and our rent would double yet again...or better yet...hundreds of folks get tetnus from scraping a toe on said rusty light frames..and get a sorry case of lockjaw.

This is the management's fault...they don't want to pay for filters, nor do they want to chlorinate the waters so much...If they don't want to chlorinate the waters then they should be saltwater pools(astronomically more expensive to maintain)..if not...they need to pay for proper filters and proper chemicals...believe you me, enough rent is paid to do this....and if the pools had been properly clorinated then new lights or rust would not be an issue.

Saltwater pools are really not much of an option..IMHO..as this complex allows pets...whom although owners clean up #2 matters certainly cannot clean up urinary matters with pets urinating around posts/plants around the pool enclosures!

I will not even delve into how agricultural workers who work around certain "compounds" all day pay rent, come home after a long day and want to go swimming..nothing wrong with this, as long as it takes place in a proper chlorinated pool..

This is not a gated community, loads of folks climb fences or have stolen keys...which is cheaper' Chlorinate and filter the pools effectively' or Expect the worse and hope for the best!'

I doubt there would be any changes as I believe this issue has already been covered...
