One of the WORST places to live in Moorpark. My wife was going to the college so we moved here so she didn't have to drive far. What a complete mistake moving here. All those rating about it not being safe etc. - believe them. This place puts on a front that it's nice but it's ghetto through and through. Then they charge you luxury rates for this ghetto.
