There have been three murders in the complex since December 2007. There are always people complaining in the office for good reason. Management says something and does something else. Water is cut off for "emergency repairs" about three times a week any time of day or night. You might get a SORRY if you ask for some notice.
Maintenance people work at night sometimes with electric saws going past 10:00 p.m.
With the new management things have really deteriorated.
Rent is going up substantially so I am out of this dump when my contract is due.

Just leave. We left 6 months in to our year lease and they paid us! We got our full deposit back. Listen, they know they are lucky to have anyone living there at all, so you walk in and tell them they have not held up their end of the contract which, I guarantee you if you look you'll find they have not. Go ask them for a copy of your lease and see what they say, I'd bet money they don't turn it up. Get out as soon as possible and don't look back. If they try to sue you site these reviews- they're all horrid. good luck!

This person is rediculous, there were not 3 murders. I have been here since 2007, and none of that has happend. I have never had noise issues at all. I have had my water shut off for an emergency repair, and i was notified immediately. I would rather have no water for a few hours, then a flooded apartment, so I thank the maintenance staff for their promptness to solve emergency issues. The service here has only improved since the new manager has taken over and hired a totally new maintenace staff.

totally new? i see the same damn -------- that dont fix my crap driving around as i did a year ago. glad to be here is sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo fake i can't handle it. how much they paying you, disgusting lying decieving pig? huh? huh?
