I love living at the Fountains @ Moorpark. The office staff is totally cool. The new manager Andy Allen has really cleaned up this place a lot. The service here is incredible. My sink was clogged, and the maintenance guy Dallon showed up immediately. The grounds are really clean. The pools are also equally clean. I think the previous complaints are just from people that couldn't afford their rent. Don't let there biased opinions ruin your decision to move here!!! I love it, and have never had any issues at all. I have been living here for almost 2 years.

How could you not afford the rent? No one said it isn't a cheap place to live, you just get what you pay for. I still have friends I met at the Fountains and any time we get together we laugh about how unbelievably bad it was and wonder how we lived there as long as we did! Also, our opinions are biased because of WHAT HAPPENED TO US WHILE WE LIVED THERE. Do you really want an unbiased opinion when it comes to a place you're thinking about living? I'd like to see the IP addresses of all the positive reviews, I'd bet they are the same. Hey Fountains, how about instead of hiring people to write decent (albeit, fake) reviews of your apartments, you hire people to actually clean it up and quit letting people live there who are more likely to commit arson than to be good tenants. Just a suggestion.

Sorry to disappoint you, but I do not work there, and I am not Mexican. But, if you are insinuating that you are a classy white person, and you are better then the mexican race, I would rather be around the --------. You are a jerk, and a racist pig! I am white, I go out at night, and have never been harmed. Just like the other white people that live here. It is people like you that are the scarey ones, so full of hate for other races and people in general. Like I said before, maybe you should have paid your rent, and you wouldn't have been evicted. Just fess up!

theres nothing to fess up to! it's so cheap here i've never missed rent a day in my life and i've been living here for 3 years so shove it. that dallon pig you mentioned is the biggest lowlife on earth, and spends most of his time at his house instead of working or messing around. and racism doesnt mean ---- every mexican that lives in the fountains has been ------- arrested and every apartment that surrounds me is drug dealers!!!!! i have never agreed more when i read that they need to stop paying employees to leave positive posts and start focusing on fixing my damn house!
