I came to visit the apartments today looking for a 2 bedroom. I had to wait over 30 minutes to talk to a leasing agent. They were listening to profane rap music while they were talking to prospective tenants. While we were just passing through to tour an apartment, we passed by lots of unfriendly looking people: a group of people in their patio smoking, looking *very* grumpily at the agent, lots of loud men in the pool cursing, people staring and staring and staring, and while we were walking to our car a teenager on a skateboard made a rude comment about my mother because she was disabled. There were also lots of children running around, but I'm sure they aren't the residents to worry about. This does not seem like a friendly community at all.

The apartment itself, though, seemed nice and clean (except for the patio-- you just can't clean concrete I guess) Good pricing.
