I lived here for 15 horrible months! I have three kids, and my washer and dryer broke,(which they charge you $25.00 a month to rent) It took three months to get a new one, and thats after I threw a fit! The dishwasher was broken from day one, that only took 10 months to fix! The forced heating unit is a joke, works off the water heater, and you have to turn the water heater to the max setting to get heat!(costly gas bill!).Oh and if you think the water & trash collection is free, sorry you will be charged for that too!, not to mention a sewer charge!!! To top it all off, when I moved out, after spending six hours cleaning & polishing,(I even filled the nail holes to the pictures I had hung!) I had thier maintenance personel check the unit for a move out walk through, and they said the unit was perfect! What did I receive back from my $600.00 deposit, A whole $28.00 dollars...... I have lived in a few different apartment complex's and this one was terrible!!!!!

I've lived here for 7 years and had a problem from time to time, but I always go directly to the office manager, skp the girls in the office nothing will get done if you go to them, they are useless. If your reading this and live here, give this a try.

All apartments complexs state your charges in the lease. Might wanna try reading it the next time around
