We've been here for over a year now. We got a move-in rate of 1075 for a 2 bedroom apartment, and after 6 months, the rent went up to 1275. I know they charge for painting if you stay less than a year.
The Apartment's not huge, but with 3 of us, we've never had a space issue. there are closets everywhere. poorly designed i guess. The manager is a nice guy. We have a balcony.
No A/C, and our room always seems to be 10 deg. hotter than it is outside. Many Kids, 2 parking spots, laundry is the ONLY thing offered on site.

All and all, not too bad, being that everthing else when we looked at was about 200-300 more a month.
