Archstone Moorpark recently changed owners and is now called Waterstone Moorpark.
The office won't accept package deliveries if you are not home. They force you to go to the post office or the UPS office if you work during the day and cannot accept delivery yourself. I have never heard of an apartment complex doing something so stupid.
Also, the old owners use to clean the place every once in a while. No so anymore. The stairways and grounds are filthy.
