The apartments look great from the outside looking in but it's a totally different story once you are stuck inside! They used to have a 30 day guarantee when it was Archstone but who the h*ll wants to move in and then move out right away when there is a problem'' They should just fix the problems right'' Ya right...I've been trying to get a hold of the office staff for over a month! I've made numerous calls and have yet to receive a call back.
There are numerous vacant apartments...and they wonder why'' The staff has turned over so many times since I've been here it's ridiculous! You have to think to yourself...why are they offering a special for a month free'' To get you in here....because everyone else is leaving! They are LOSING money. If you do move in make sure you know how long you want to stay here because as soon as your lease is up they are gonna up your rent. If you want to continue month to month instead of signing a new lease then they will jack it up at least $200 more a month.
Parking is ridiculous...they dont have free assigned parking so if you don't pay to rent a spot then you will have to battle with all the other residents for parking. Or if you do pay for an assigned spot watch out because some people just dont care and they will park wherever the h*ll they want..and that just might be the spot you are paying for. Don't worry...the staff won't enforce their own parking regulations. They had a notice that went around saying cars parked illegally would be towed...I haven't seen ONE car towed EVER!!
The walls are paper thin. Last week I got woken up at 3:00AM from a headboard banging against the wall. How do I know this....I went out on my balcony and I could hear the moaning! That is RIDICULOUS! Who should have to hear that' Every morning when I get ready to leave I can hear whatever is going on in the next apartments bathroom. BEWARE if you talk loudly your neighbors will know your business.
For being only a few years old you would think these apartments would be in great shape. But like most builders..they use the cheapest materials to get the job done and it shows! The doors have spring hinges so whenever there is a window open and you close the door...it SLAMS and shakes the whole building!! Try falling asleep at night then getting woken up an hour later from someones door slamming..it SUCKS!

It has progressively gotten worse over the last few years and I'm finally outta here! Don't let them sucker you in...stay away!!
