Wow what a difference! Since the new owners have taken over they have really stepped up to the plate!
I moved in when this was an Archstone community. They are now managed by a company called Stratus Real Estate. Since the new management has started (about a few months ago) they are finally cleaning up the mess.
The pool area is beautiful, the staff is friendly, and the maintenance is very responsive.
I really get irritated when I log onto these web sites and only angry people who have a chip on their shoulder and who probably do not pay their rent timely take the time to log on and review. What an unfair wrap!
I really enjoy living here. My children are in a great school district, the city is growing every day, and I love my neighbors.
I wish more people who has somthing nice to say would log on!!!!!!
