I moved into the second completed building in November of 2001. At that time the staff was wonderful and very helpful, making sure anyone dropping into the office was introduced around. There were get togethers and contests and even a summer party by the pool. Maintenance was excellent and responsive.

Over the months, the office staff changed and the level of service also changed. My biggest concern was security - people who did not live in the complex climbed over the fence to use the pool, loiter in the hallways, and generally make themselves obnoxious.

For six months one of the entry gates was broken and many times the car gate was inoperable. My paper was stolen OFTEN! So much for security.

I enjoyed my first year there but as time went on I realized it was time to go. I now live in an ungated community in an older complex and feel safer there than I ever did in the gated community.
