i am a current renter @ waterstone and have just taken 10 minutes of my time to read the other 9 entries here.

to the best of my knowledge the positive reviews are accurate, and to the negative reviews i am not so sure about b/c i have expierenced any of the problems they are typing about.

i have been renting since 2003 so i did not have a chance to meet the old mangement but the management that i pay rent to are very friendly and helpful, since living here i have had minor problems in my apartment and have been helped promptly and professional, once the problem was addressed and fixed, i never had to call back except to say "thank you"

before chosing to move to waterstone i shopped around thousand oaks and simi valley and did not find a better offer for what you get nor the fabulous luxuries such as:

heated pool, jacuzzi, business center, work out room (playroom for my kids while i walk the tredmill and watch the news while working out)

and to to top it all off the gates around my apartment make me feel very safe and secure even though the security at night patrols by atleast once every 30 minutes or so, on foot too.

also, for the parking situation here there is plenty of parking for FREE and if you want covered parking it is a small fee. also, the walk from the uncovered parking and covered parking is exactly the same.

don't take my word for it, come check it...
