We have lived here for almost a year and absolutely love it. The complex is beautiful, and management is very helpful. The layout of our unit was designed very well. Its a one bedroom with about 650 sq feet, but it feels bigger; and the bathroom is huge compared to most apartments.

Occasionally we hear our neighbors, but its communal living. You can't expect complete silence all the time. Even when we do hear noises from other apartments, its very muffled; nothing that would wake me up at night.

My only real complaint would be the parking, and even thats not that bad. We have one assigned uncovered space, but 2 cars. It would be fine but they didnt leave enough open spaces near our unit so my husband has to park very far when he doesn't get home early enough (before 8). It's only been a problem a few times, but pretty annoying when it is a problem.

I feel safe living here. It was a huge part of the decision to move here, and after almost a year, I still feel the same way. The other complexes in Moorpark just don't have the same feeling.

Waterstone is the nicest apartment complex in Moorpark, and compared to the other luxury apartments in ventura county, the price is very reasonable.
