We moved in in June of 2005 and the apartment in great. The office is open every day and the people in the office are very nice. The maintenance people are also very nice and come out quickly to fix any problems we have had. We have a 1 year old daughte and she loves the playground and pool. Most of the people I have met are really nice. It is also nice to know that they have courtesy patrol on site each evening. I was leary of living in an apartment at first since we previously rented a house and I was concerned about the noise level, but since we have lived here we have had no problems with noise from any of our neighbors. I would like more than one assigned space but there is lots of extra parking but sometimes I have to walk a little bit. If you are looking to live in the Moorpak or Simi Valley area I would reccommend Waterstone at Moorpark over the other properties in the area.Of all the places we looked at this one was the nicest overall. Some had bigger florplans or cheaper rent but we felt that this place offered the best overall value considering all the features of the apartments and complex.
