Looks can be VERY deceiving

Yes, its a very beautiful apartment complex...but beware. The security guards are high for most of their shifts, and will try to sell and buy some drugs from the younger tenants. My boyfriend lived there for more than 2 years, and towards the last few months of living there, the security guard came into his apartment without knocking and tried selling him drugs.
So much for feeling safe there!
He told the office manager and they did NOTHING!
The only time they are nice to you is when your about to sign the lease and when you renew it.
