Believe all the negative reviews... This is the worst place ever... The management is a joke. When signing the lease they pretend to be all friendly and pretend that they are a reliable staff.... dont be fooled.. They will try to rob you of every penny possible...sherry ...alma.. are the worst to say the least...they will not do anything for you nor will they help in any way shape or form. they wil fu### you in every way possible....STAY AWAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY

Waterstone at Moorpark has changed management and is now being professionally managed by FPI Management. We have made so many improvements since our June 2008 take over. Waterstone at Moorpark is a beautiful place to live..Our resident's are very happy with us and our management team is one of the best...
